Customer response and reputation
Answer customers at the speed they expect.
Reputation is not a monthly report. It is the sum of how fast you answer, how well you answer, and what a stranger finds when they search your name. Each of those is fixable, and each one is measurable before you spend anything.
The tools here cover the whole loop. Work out how many reviews you actually need and how recent they have to be. Grade a response before you post it, so a defensive reply never goes public. Script the complaint you handle worst. Test whether a bot is safe to put in front of a customer, and check what AI engines already say about your brand.
Nothing here recommends a vendor. The receptionist and coverage tools give you the test plan and the arithmetic so you can judge the vendors yourself.
The first tools in this hub are still in the workshop.
Nothing here is published yet. The rest of the library is ready now.
